Join the online event: Upskilling Volunteer Managers in Sport Road Test Event

This Road Test Event is an opportunity for sport volunteer managers to step back from daily operations and look at volunteer management from a more strategic perspective. During the day, participants will explore new ideas, reflect on their own practice, and contribute with their experience to shape future training opportunities for volunteer managers in sport.

Participant insights and feedback will help improve a newly developed European curriculum and pilot trainings, while participants will leave the event with practical inspiration and tools they can immediately apply in their own organisation and/or event.
