The EWS committee of ENGSO researches the status of equality within sport by acquiring knowledge on the LGBTQI+ community in Europe. This year, the focus is on intersectionality, with a specific attention given to women in sports.
The results will serve as a basis for further education, awareness raising and change campaigns in European grassroots sport to promote visibility, equality, and inclusion in sport.
The phase for data collection will remain open until the end of August. ENGSO encourages all members and partners to disseminate this questionnaire to women athletes, coaches, sport coordinators, board members, and referees.
The participation takes up to around 6 minutes. We ensure that data processing will not allow any identification of individuals and secures anonymity of data. Lesbian, bisexual, trans, intersex, heterosexual, queer, demigender, and anyone who self-defines as a woman, is welcome to respond.
