ENGSO’s initiatives supported by the adidas Foundation under its United by Sport programme
ENGSO is honoured to be among the first cohort of organisations receiving support from the newly established adidas Foundation through its United by Sport (UbS) programme. This initiative is dedicated to partnering with organisations that use sport to address and prevent all forms of hate and discrimination, whether based on religion or belief, racial or ethnic origin, gender, sex, disability, age, sexual orientation, or other grounds, across all levels of the sports sector.
In partnership with
Between 2025 and 2027, ENGSO will utilise this programming support to expand and enhance its efforts in promoting more inclusive and accessible grassroots sport across Europe. The funding will cover essential operational costs while also enabling the delivery of key activities such as workshops on equality and diversity, capacity-building initiatives, and awareness-raising efforts.
Moreover, this support will allow ENGSO to facilitate broader and more inclusive participation from its members and partners, ensuring greater diversity and improved accessibility at ENGSO events. It will strengthen ENGSO’s advocacy work at both European and national levels, contributing to the development of sport policies that foster stronger, more equitable communities.
