ENGSO took part in A Fairer Coaching project final meeting in Riccione, Italy, on 7 and 8 March

The morning of the event on 7 March 2026 gathered prominent female figures from various fields of sport to discuss progress and challenges in gender equality in sport. Partners of the AFC project held a panel to present the results of the project and their ongoing work to promote gender equality.

In the afternoon partners gathered for a project meeting to reflect on the results, plan follow-up actions and share ideas for future collaboration. The project was also promoted during the public event on 8 March, Walk & Run For Women, a sporting event designed to support, enhance and promote the commitment of women and men to women’s rights.

During the whole route, 10 km, panels representing the AFC storytelling campaign were displayed and testimonial videos were shown to promote the AFC campaign’s messages of fair coaching, respect, equality and inclusion.
