ENGSO President Participates in EUSA General Assembly in Zagreb
ENGSO President Stefan Bergh participated in the EUSA General Assembly, held in Zagreb, Croatia, from 9 to 12 October 2025. During the Assembly, he presented the mission, key activities, and initiatives of ENGSO, supported by ENGSO Executive Committee member Romana Caput Jogunica (Croatian Olympic Committee).
The European University Sports Association (EUSA) 2025 General Assembly was hosted by the Croatian Academic Sports Federation. On this occasion, a new EUSA President and Executive Committee were elected. The newly elected members will lead the organisation and steer its activities and initiatives over the next four years.
Haris Pavletić (Croatia), previously serving as EUSA’s 1st Vice-President, was elected President, while Bruno Barracosa (Portugal) was elected 1st Vice-President. A full list of elected members can be found [here].
Under the new leadership, EUSA aims to further strengthen its impact on university sports across Europe, focusing on inclusivity, increased participation, and a vibrant sporting culture within academic institutions.
