The meeting provided an opportunity to present ENGSO’s work, with particular emphasis on its collaborations with CNOSF, ENGSO’s French member, and ANESTAPS, a long-time partner of ENGSO Youth.

During the discussion, the Secretary General Sara Massini outlined the organisation’s key initiatives, highlighting opportunities to advance the sports movement through political advocacy, capacity building for grassroots sports organizations in Europe and France, and strategic positions concerning the upcoming Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF).

The Erasmus+ program was featured on the agenda, with attention given to its impact in both the sports and youth sectors. The conversation also explored structured dialogue in sports and the potential for enhancing the involvement of grassroots sports stakeholders in shaping European sports policies.

The ultimate goal of the meeting was to foster synergy and establish a robust partnership among ENGSO, CNOSF, and the French Ministry of Sport, Youth and Community life. This collaboration aims to envision, design, and implement more effective and inclusive policies for sports and youth development at both national and European levels.
